Tenderloin Steak

Tenderloin is the most tender cut of beef and makes for a special eating experience. Tenderloin steaks, also known as filet mignon, are approximately 5 to 8 ounces each and each package contains two to three steaks. Cut 1.25" thick

Rib Eye Steak

The rib eye is the smaller version of the rib steak. It is the same premium cut without the bone and a smaller portion size.

Cut 1" thick. Weight: 10 to 12 oz.

Rib Steak

Rib steaks are the favourite at the Noble household! These disappear from the freezer in record time during the summer when grilling season is in full swing.

Cut 1" thick. Weight: 12 to 14 oz.

T-Bone Steak

T-bones are like two steaks in one! On one side of the bone is the New York strip and on the other is a portion of tenderloin. A generous sprinkle of salt and pepper and out to the grill with these.

Cut 3/4" thick. Weight: 10 to 16 oz.

New York Strip Steak

New York Strip steaks are another great premium grilling steak. These steaks are smaller than the T-Bone as they are simply the larger side of the T-Bone steak without the bone and smaller piece of tenderloin attached. 

Cut 1" thick. Weight: 10-12 oz.

Sirloin Steak

Sirloin is a flavourful and well marbled steak. Less tender than premium grilling steaks like rib steak but excellent on the grill with a bit of marinating time. We use this cut for a number of recipes including steak salad and kebabs. 

Cut 3/4" thick. Weight: 10 to 20 oz.

Round Steak

Round steak is a lean cut that is best marinated prior to grilling. Tougher than a sirloin, this steak is a great choice for recipes like stir fry or fajitas as well. If you are making homemade jerky on your smoker round is the best cut to use.

Cut 3/4" thick. Weight: 16 to 24 oz.

Thin Steak

This steak makes for a quick cooking meal or does well in a slow cook in the oven! This is cut from the round so it is very lean but not very tender. It needs a slow cook or to be manually tenderized with a meat mallet to obtain a tender end result.  Cut to 1/4" and packaged four steaks per pack.
